Andrei Biryukov is a Belarusian businessman known for his ventures in the automotive and transportation sectors. He rose to prominence in the mid-1990s with the production of telescopic excavators at the 'Svyatovit' factory. Biryukov was also a shareholder in 'MinskKomplexBank' and co-founder of 'Belrosbank'. Notably, he attempted to launch the 'Yo-AUTO' project with Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, which ultimately did not succeed. In recent years, he has focused on developing hybrid public transportation solutions through his company 'Nizhegorodtrans', which is working on a range of hybrid buses and trolleybuses in Russia.
