Andrei Briceac

Andrei Briceac is a Moldovan lawyer with approximately 15 years of experience in the legal field. He has served as a legal advisor at the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights from 2007 to 2009 and is currently the president of the Civil Justice Institute. Briceac has also been an instructor at the Lawyer Training Center and a national expert in human rights for an international NGO. Since 2010, he has been practicing law at PB & Partners. His expertise and commitment to justice have led to his appointment as the government agent of Moldova at the European Court of Human Rights, effective June 2, 2025.
