Andrei Shimanovich

Andrei Shimanovich, born in 1987 in Minsk, is a Belarusian entrepreneur and co-founder of mSpy, a controversial phone tracking application. Educated at Queen Mary University in London, he has a background in investment consulting with Bowline Capital Partners. He gained prominence after marrying Olga Sheyman, the daughter of Viktor Sheyman, a close ally of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. Shimanovich has been involved in various business ventures, including a venture fund called WeRocks and tech companies like Mobyrix and Appvillis. With a history of data breaches in his projects, he has faced scrutiny regarding privacy and data security. In 2023, he obtained residency in Lithuania as a startup entrepreneur.
