Andrei Vladimirovich Pavlov is a Russian intelligence officer affiliated with the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (GRU). He has recently been implicated in coordinating efforts to disrupt parliamentary elections in Moldova, allegedly using funds from Russia to train individuals for potential unrest during the voting process.
