Andrej Badalow

Andrej Badalow, the 62-year-old deputy head of the Russian oil company Transneft, was found dead after falling from a window in the Rublyovka villa settlement near Moscow, with preliminary investigations suggesting suicide. He had been in charge of digitalization at Transneft since 2021 and had previously worked in the defense industry and with an institute responsible for digitalizing elections.
