Andrés Camilo Sotelo Torres is a 20-year-old man who has been implicated in the homicide of Juan Felipe Rincón Morales, the son of a retired general. After four months of investigations, the Fiscalía General de la Nación has requested a hearing to discuss the preclusion of the case against him, citing evidence that he did not fire the weapon that killed Rincón. Sotelo's legal representation has argued that he was wrongfully accused, as the weapon he carried was not capable of causing the fatal injury.
