Andrés Castillo Maldonado

Andrés Castillo Maldonado is an Ecuadorian politician and a member of the National Assembly, representing the ruling party Alianza Democrática Nacional (ADN). He has recently been in the news due to a complaint filed against him by fellow legislator Comps Córdova, alleging that Castillo committed a serious offense during a parliamentary session. The Legislative Administration Council (CAL) is set to determine whether to suspend him for 30 days without pay for allegedly making offensive remarks directed at Córdova and his party.
