Andrés Felipe Villegas Rubiano

Andrés Felipe Villegas Rubiano is a Colombian Army colonel who served as the Chief of Staff and Operations Officer of the 22nd Brigade. With a background in military operations and coordination, he was also involved in public health efforts to combat yellow fever in San José del Guaviare before being relieved of his position following a deadly ambush.
