Andrés Morel

Andrés Morel is a municipal councilor from Encarnación, Paraguay, representing the ANR party. He has been vocal about construction regulations and safety, particularly in light of a recent building collapse that revealed alleged serious irregularities in the construction process. Morel reported that the building, which was permitted for five floors, had eight at the time of its collapse, resulting in two people being trapped under the rubble.
