Andrew Lynch is a co-founder of Homely, a rent-to-own platform designed to assist renters in Ireland transition into homeownership. His personal experience of difficulties in securing a mortgage upon returning to Dublin from London in 2021 inspired him to create this innovative solution. Homely aims to offer a structured pathway for individuals who may not currently qualify for a mortgage, allowing them to save for a deposit while living in their future home. Lynch's venture has already seen its first successful transitions of renters to homeowners and continues to address the growing housing affordability crisis in Ireland.
