Andrews Lucena

Andrews Lucena is a professor in the Graduate Program in Geography at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ) and leads the university's climate change commission. He is actively involved in promoting urban cooling initiatives, such as the establishment of 'urban cool islands' in expanded green areas, and is engaged in overseeing climate action through the state Public Ministry.
