Andrey Belokonенко

Andrey Belokonенко was a 60-year-old taxi driver in Petropavlovsk who tragically lost his life following a violent encounter with a passenger, Vitaliy Glushkov. Known for his calm demeanor, Belokonенко was attacked during a dispute over smoking in his cab. Despite efforts to save him, he remained in a coma for five days before passing away, prompting widespread outrage and mourning within the local taxi community.
