Andrey Kononov

Andrey Kononov is a Russian politician who has served as the head of the administration of Kronstadt since February 2023. Prior to this role, he was an assistant to State Duma deputy Leonid Slutsky and a counselor to the deputy head of the Russian presidential administration. Recently, he has been in the news due to investigations by the FSB at his workplace concerning contracts awarded to companies for urban development projects in Kronstadt.
