Andrey Kozytsyn

Andrey Kozytsyn is a prominent Russian businessman known for his long tenure as the head of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company (UGMK), where he served from 1999 until his resignation in 2022 due to EU sanctions. He returned to lead UGMK again in July 2023, after challenging the sanctions in European courts.
