Andrey Lavrukhin

Andrey Lavrukhin is a researcher and expert in educational policy, sociology, and philosophy. He is the director of research at the Institute for Development and Social Market in Belarus and Eastern Europe. Recently, he was appointed as the Deputy for Education and Science in the United Transitional Cabinet.
