Andrey Lebedenko

Brigadier General Andrey Lebedenko is the Deputy Commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, responsible for developing innovative military strategies. He has been instrumental in addressing the challenges posed by increasing drone attacks on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. In his efforts to enhance air defense capabilities, he proposed the concept of 'private air defense' to involve civilians in the protection of critical infrastructure.
