Andriy Kasyanov

Andriy Kasyanov is the Deputy Director of the International Security Department at the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who recently led the Ukrainian delegation in presenting evidence of Russia's use of chemical weapons in the ongoing conflict against Ukraine during the 108th meeting of the Executive Council of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in The Hague.
