Andriy Ustynskyi

Andriy Ustynskyi is the director of the Republican Cossack Cadet Corps in Luhansk, who has been implicated in collaboration with Russian authorities to train children for military service against Ukraine. He has been charged with treason and is noted for leading efforts to instill pro-Russian sentiments and military training within the educational curriculum.
