Anel López

Anel López is a suspect involved in the kidnapping case of Dayra Caicedo, who was abducted on February 19 in Vista Alegre, Arraiján. Recently, he was granted house arrest by the Tribunal Superior de Apelaciones del Primer Distrito Judicial, which determined that the evidence presented by the prosecution was insufficient to justify his detention in a prison facility.
