Ange-Claude Nkoghe

Ange-Claude Nkoghe is the Rapporteur of the ACER and brings extensive experience at the intersection of law, diplomacy, and public action. With a background in writing and law, he has held significant positions including Advisor to the Economic and Social Council and Coordinator of Programs at the OIF.
