Angel Delgadillo

Angel Delgadillo, now 99 years old, is a pivotal figure in the preservation of Route 66 and the town of Seligman, Arizona. As a barber and community leader, he fought tirelessly in the 1980s to ensure that Seligman did not fade into obscurity following the construction of the Interstate 40. His efforts led to the establishment of the Historic Route 66 Association of Arizona, helping to revitalize interest in this historic highway.
