Ángel Franco

Comisario general Ángel Franco is a prominent figure in Paraguay's law enforcement, known for his leadership role in the Asuntos Internos division. Recently, he led a significant investigation into police complicity in drug trafficking activities linked to the notorious narco, Felipe Santiago Acosta Riveros, alias Macho. Following the interception of a large drug convoy in Canindeyú, Franco's team conducted operations at multiple police stations to gather evidence, including testimonies and surveillance footage, to hold responsible officers accountable for their inaction during the incident.
