Ángel Narváez

Ángel Narváez is a general and the president of the Supreme Military Court in Paraguay. Recently, he was involved in the decision to transfer Gianina García Troche, the wife of alleged drug trafficker Sebastián Marset, to a military hospital for medical evaluation due to her unstable health condition while incarcerated.
