Notably, she sold her thesis script to ABC with Whoopi Goldberg as an executive producer and gained international recognition when her film Binti became one of the first Tanzanian films licensed by Netflix. Angela is committed to empowering the next generation of filmmakers and advocates for women's representation in the industry.
