Ángelo Jesús Calderini Méndez

Ángelo Jesús Calderini Méndez is the director of the Unidad Operativa de Contrataciones (UOC) of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia Electoral (TSJE) in Paraguay, responsible for overseeing the procurement processes related to electoral equipment. He was recently in the news as he coordinated the opening of bids for a controversial tender for voting machines, following the lifting of a suspension on the bidding process, which had previously been halted due to protests from competing companies.
