Angger, a 25-year-old final-year mechanical engineering student at Universitas Negeri Padang, has been missing since he was last seen near the Kembar Bridge during the flash flood. His family is anxiously waiting for updates on his condition and whereabouts, as they have not had contact with him since the disaster.
