Aniano Pinzón Real

Aniano Pinzón Real is the president of the National Council of Organized Workers (Conato) in Panama. Known for his advocacy for labor rights, he played a key role in negotiating the recent adjustments to the minimum wage in Panama, which will see increases between $9 and $16 per month starting January 16, 2026. Pinzón emphasized the challenges of negotiating across 59 different sectors and highlighted the importance of maintaining social peace and protecting vulnerable workers in the process.
