Anil Shukla

Anil Shukla, also known as Vivek, 27, is the lover of Sangeeta Devi and was implicated in the murder of her husband, Kannan Kumar. The two conspired to kill Kannan and dispose of his body in the Rapti river after a long-standing affair.
