Anina
Anina, a brave and determined teenager from Myanmar, has become a notable figure in the ongoing civil war against the military junta. Trained as a sniper at just 17 years old, she defies traditional gender roles in a deeply patriarchal society. Anina has faced the harrowing realities of conflict, losing friends and suffering injuries, yet she remains committed to her cause of fighting for democracy and empowerment. Living in the mountains as a member of the Chin National Defense Force, she has gained respect for her marksmanship and is determined to change perceptions of women in combat.
