Ann Kibos

Ann Kibos is one of the daughters of former Baringo County Chief of Staff Edward Kiptek, who was mentioned in a court case concerning a fraudulent overseas education program. Her father testified about the substantial fees paid for her enrollment in the program, which ultimately did not result in her traveling to Finland.
