Anna Campos

Anna Campos is a talented young pastry chef from Barcelona, born in 1999, who recently took over La Estrella, the oldest pastry shop in the city, saving it from closure as it approaches its 200th anniversary. With prior experience working at La Estrella and having run her own bakery, BanAnna Cakes, she is passionate about maintaining the traditional artisan bakery's legacy while introducing her own unique creations.
