Anna Laura Braghetti
Anna Laura Braghetti was a prominent member of the Red Brigades, a left-wing terrorist group active in Italy during the 1970s. She gained notoriety for her involvement in high-profile criminal actions, including the kidnapping and murder of former Italian Prime Minister Aldo Moro in 1978. Braghetti played a crucial role in the operation, providing not only shelter for Moro but also a cover for one of the kidnappers. She was arrested in 1980 and sentenced to life in prison, during which she authored several books. Although her life sentence was not reduced, she was released on parole in 2002. Braghetti passed away at the age of 72 due to illness, according to her family.
