Anna-Rose Lim

Anna-Rose Lim, 33, is a British entrepreneur who opened a handmade ice cream and wine bar called Amorcita in Mexico City's Roma neighborhood. After feeling emotionally drained from teaching during the pandemic, she was inspired by the entrepreneurial spirit of others in the city and decided to take the leap into business.
