Anne-Marie Imafidon

Dr. Anne-Marie Imafidon is a renowned mathematician and computer scientist, known for her groundbreaking work in promoting gender equality in STEM fields. She is the founder of Stemettes, an organization aimed at encouraging young women to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Imafidon gained national recognition after passing her A-level computing at the age of 11 and later earning a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Oxford at 20. As the appointed Women in Tech Envoy for the UK government, she is committed to increasing representation and creating opportunities for women in the tech sector.
