Anne Posthuma

Dr. Anne Posthuma is a former Director of the Inter-American Centre for Knowledge Development in Vocational Training at the International Labour Organization (ILO)/Cinterfor. She is recognized for her advocacy on the importance of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in promoting social and labor inclusion, particularly for marginalized segments of the population, such as young people and women. In 2023, she emphasized the critical role of TVET in addressing skills shortages and fostering economic growth during a HEART/NSTA Trust Sub-Regional Summit.
