Annis Ghemires

Annis Ghemires is a doctoral candidate in political science at the Institut des sciences sociales du politique at the University of Paris-Nanterre and the École normale supérieure Paris-Saclay. His research focuses on parliamentary entourages in France and the United States. He served as a parliamentary assistant to Lou Correa, a Democratic representative in the U.S. House for California's 46th district, from October 2022 to March 2023. This experience informed his article 'Un Congrès dépacifié?' published in Politique américaine in 2024, where he analyzes the deterioration of relationships among U.S. Congress members.
