Ansie Potgieter

Ansie Potgieter is the chief executive of the Bakery & Food Technology Incubator (Bicsa), a non-profit organization based in Pretoria that aims to improve food safety in South Africa by supporting small food-related businesses through infrastructure, resources, and business development. Under her leadership, Bicsa conducts vital microbiological testing to ensure the safety of food products and promotes good manufacturing practices, particularly in underprivileged communities, to build a culture of accountability and safety in food production.
