Anthony Raghunauth

Anthony Raghunauth, known as 'Cookie,' is a man from Middle Road, La Penitence, who recently pleaded guilty to the killing of Neil Whyte, a manager at Guyana Goldfields Inc. Raghunauth admitted to the crime, which occurred in May 2018, but contested the number of times he stabbed Whyte, claiming police torture during custody. He is set to be sentenced next month.
