Anthony Rosales Orosco

Anthony Rosales Orosco is a suspect identified by the National Police of Peru (PNP) for stealing the firearm of a police officer who was killed during a shootout in La Victoria. He was captured on security cameras taking the weapon as the officer lay injured.
