Antoni Milian

Antoni Milian is a professor of Administrative Law at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and is actively working on a new law aimed at recognizing the right to dignified housing for homeless individuals in Spain, pushing for legislative changes that would require the government to ensure housing as a fundamental right.
