Antonio de Greppa was an influential Italian architect in the 16th century, known for his pivotal role in the construction of key architectural landmarks in Grodno, including the Old Castle and the Farny Church. His arrival in the region marked a significant shift in the city's building practices, as he established a brick and lime production facility and organized a professional stone masons' guild, which laid the foundation for continuous stone construction in Grodno.
