Antonio García Prieto

Antonio García Prieto is the Vice President of the Association of Cargo Transporters of Panama. He has been vocal about the challenges faced by the transport sector in Panama, particularly regarding the impact of road blockages on the flow of goods between Panama and Central America. Recently, he highlighted that these disruptions have led to significant delays in the movement of cargo, estimating that around 100 trucks are not operating daily, which constitutes approximately 40% of the terrestrial trade with Central America.
