Antonio Pacheco Amaral de Oliveira

Antonio Pacheco Amaral de Oliveira, a 24-year-old man originally from Hamburg but raised in San Giorgio a Cremano, was arrested in connection with the kidnapping of a 15-year-old boy. He was identified in surveillance footage dragging the teenager into a stolen van. Authorities have charged him with aggravated kidnapping for extortion, allegedly working with two unidentified accomplices.
