Antonius te Dorsthorst

Antonius te Dorsthorst, better known as Father Toon, is an 82-year-old priest from the Netherlands who has dedicated over 55 years to serving in Suriname. He recently published his fourth book, 'Dialoog tussen traditionele Afrikaanse religie en de rooms-katholieke religie', where he shares insights from his experiences interacting with practitioners of traditional African religions. Father Toon advocates for respect and recognition of these beliefs, challenging the historical stigma attached to them.
