Antti Laine

Antti Laine is a researcher in the social sciences of sports, affiliated with the University of Jyväskylä. He serves on the board of the Sports Science Society and is a member of the State Sports Council's Committee on Anticipation, Future, and Equality. His work focuses on the societal aspects of sports and physical activity, and he has been critical of the Finnish Olympic Committee's recent strategic shifts away from promoting general physical activity.
