Anuncio Martí Méndez is a Paraguayan political figure and co-founder of the Patria Libre (PPL) party, which advocates for communist ideologies. He has been implicated in serious criminal activities, most notably the kidnapping of María Edith Bordón de Debernardi in 2001.
