Anwar Gaitor, 35, has been charged as a second suspect in the murder of businessman James McPhee, who was killed shortly before he was set to testify in an armed robbery trial involving Gaitor's alleged accomplice. Gaitor is also accused of attempting to kill two senior police officers during a high-speed chase after they witnessed the incident.
