Apsad Ansari

Apsad Ansari, a 20-year-old resident of Bishanpur, Khadka Municipality, was recently arrested in connection with a burglary incident in which various items, including a firearm and multiple mobile phones, were stolen from a security guard's room in Saptari. He was apprehended shortly after the theft, with the stolen goods recovered from his possession.
