Arailym Toleubekova, born in 1977, is a seasoned educator and public administrator in Kazakhstan. She graduated from KazNPU named after Abai in 2004 with a degree in Kazakh language and literature, later earning degrees in law and Russian language. Toleubekova began her career as a Kazakh language and literature teacher in 2001 and has held various educational leadership positions, including deputy director of schools and head of education departments in different regions. She was recently appointed as the head of the Almaty region's education department following a scandal involving the relocation of orphans from the 'Baganashyl' orphanage in Almaty.
