Arailym Toleubekova, born in 1977, is a seasoned educator and public administrator in Kazakhstan. She graduated from KazNPU named after Abai in 2004 with a degree in Kazakh language and literature, later earning degrees in law and Russian language. Toleubekova began her career as a Kazakh language and literature teacher in 2001 and has held various educational leadership positions, including deputy director of schools and head of education departments in different regions.
