Aranyawan Wangthapan

Aranyawan Wangthapan, also known as 'Sika Ket', is a 28-year-old woman who gained notoriety for her involvement in a significant embezzlement case associated with Wat Rai Khing, a Buddhist temple in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand. She was accused of facilitating the transfer of over 300 million baht in funds from the temple to online gambling operations, allegedly at the behest of the former abbot, Phra Thammawajiranuwat (Yam Kittinatharo). Despite her request for temporary release during legal proceedings, the court denied her bail due to the severity of the charges and concerns about potential flight risks.
